AddVenture is a boutique private equity advisory firm incorporated in Singapore, with a presence in Europe (Paris) and China (Beijing). It was established in 2002 by Alexia Wai-Chun Tye, an experienced private equity investment professional, formerly Senior Vice-President at GIC Singapore, Asia’s largest global institutional investor.

We provide independent advice on investment, with a particular focus on Asian private equity markets, to institutional investors (financial institutions, government bodies, family holding companies, asset management firms, etc) and companies.

Over the last few years, AddVenture has successfully serviced clientele ranging from mid-market players to global financial institutions based in Europe, Asia and the US. Our clients have in general private equity assets under management of at least € 1 billion and a significant proportion are European.

Our activity is underpinned by a solid investment track record and a strong network of relationships within the Asian private equity community (both GPs and LPs).

True to its original vocation as an entrepreneurial, knowledge-based business established with the support of the EDB (Economic Development Board) of the Government of Singapore, AddVenture advises and acts as gatekeeper to buy-side clients in investment strategy, asset allocation, manager evaluation and selection, new fund formation, portfolio oversight, etc.
